A Kentucky Halloween Wedding

Abby Adams with Abigale Adams Photography and I worked together to set up a beautiful Halloween Themed styled shoot at Lynwood Estates. We really wanted to embrace the moody, vibrant colors without being “spooky.” Katie Carbajal did the hair for the shoot, Ephemeral Florals did the floral design, Juniper Sisters took care of the table scape and ceremony design, Jessica Tussey did the make up.

Lynwood Estate is a historic luxury wedding venue in Richmond, Kentucky. The house was built in the 1880s and boasts a vast front porch, a fountain in the back, and a historic cottage where couples are able to get ready on their wedding day and stay the night of their wedding. The outdoor fireplace in the back of the house is where we decided to set up our ceremony site, however the property has multiple ideal locations for a ceremony. The inside of the house is incredibly detailed with historic paintings throughout. Because of its historic nature and the architecture, it made the perfect location for our Halloween wedding shoot.
