Why am I a wedding photographer?
I photograph weddings because you deserve to have a confident professional that you trust be there to capture your favorite moments. Someone you can look to during those chaotic moments of your wedding day as a constant anchor, someone who will keep your mind at peace.
I am there to create and foster your personal lifelong connection to your wedding day and there to capture those ephemeral memories that allow you to relive your day for decades to come.
When you book with me, not only are you getting beautiful pictures but you are getting a friend to help ensure your day is as stress free as possible. On your wedding day and all the days leading up and all the days after, I am in your corner. I am and will be celebrating with you always.

FAQs
Q: What sets you apart from other photographers?
A: I LOVE logistics. It is one of my favorite parts of the wedding industry (total Enneagram type 1). Additionally I know how to pose and guide clients to make them feel relaxed while looking their very best. I use natural lighting as often as possible and make sure my sessions are intimate & fun!
Q: Will we get the print release to our photos after our wedding?
A: Yes! Upon receiving your images, you will also get a full print release.
Q: How many photographers will be there at our wedding?
A: My Essential and Keepsake packages have one photographer, but you are more than welcome to add one for an additional cost. My Heirloom package includes a second shooter.
Q: Will my photos be posted publicly on your site or social media?
A: If that’s ok with you! My contract includes a clause that lets me publicly show off your images. However, I want respect your privacy and allow each client to decide whether or not they want their photos displayed publicly. Let me know and I can adjust it for you.
Q: Will you Photoshop my images to hide any unwanted spots, wrinkles, etc?
A: Minor edits will be made to all of your images, but I believe our imperfections are what make us beautiful & unique. If there are specific edits you want, these will be charged accordingly, depending on the type of corrections.
Q: Do you have a list of preferred vendors to use?
A: Yes! For hair and make up, I recommend Hair by Katie Carbajal, Glam Lex Events, Kaitlyn Marsh Beauty. Florals I recommend Wild Roots Farmer Florist and Ephemeral Florals. If you need any additional suggestions, please let me know!
Q: Do I have to order prints through you?
A: I highly recommend ordering prints through one of my professional vendors, but it is not required. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I encourage clients to let me help with prints!
Q: Do you have a travel fee?
A: If your wedding is outside a 30 mile radius of Lexington, Kentucky and within a drivable distance I charge a 50 cent per mile fee.
Q: Do you photograph destination weddings?
A: Absolutely! I am more than happy to create a custom wedding collection to suit your travel needs.
Q: How do we reserve our wedding date?
A: A $400 non-refundable retainer & signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. The remainder of your balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding.
